A MESSAGE FROM OUR PASTOR
I am deeply excited for what the Lord has ahead for our church. Seeing His people on mission, believers following Christ in baptism, families worshiping together, and our church faithfully gathering week after week, gives me great hope for the days to come.
The Lord has been faithful to this church for generations, and I believe we can look toward the future with confidence because Christ is the head of FBC Richton. It is a privilege to pastor this church, and I am grateful that the Lord has called us to walk together in the days ahead. To God be the Glory!

Pastor Kevin Barnette
Bro. Kevin is a graduate of Boyce College at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Kevin has always had a passion to see people come to know Jesus and grow in their faith. Serving in full-time ministry for over ten years, he is thankful to be used by God to serve His Church. We are delighted to have Kevin, his wife Taylor, and daughter Ollie. We are excited about the future of our church and can't wait to see what God does through the Barnette's.
Richard Bryant
Music Director
Bro. Richard is a graduate of Jones County Junior College and William Carey College. Music has always been a big part of his life. He was very involved in band and choir from high school through college . He served as music minister at Seminary Baptist Church in Beaumont from 2000 to 2002. He was a member of the Praise Team at 38th Avenue Baptist Church in Hattiesburg from 2011 to 2018. He has been Music Minister at First Baptist Richton since September of 2018.
